Step 1: User Account Registration

1. Registration is only electronic at me2026.sam78.cz

2. Fill in the registration form with your personal details

3. Deadline: User registration must be completed until 31.03.2026. After this point, the standard registration fee increases by 50%. On-site registration is 100% more.

4. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with payment instructions

Step 2: Payment of Basic Registration Fee

5. Pay the basic registration fee according to the instructions in the email

6. Warning: This fee is non-refundable

7. Other payments will be made on site in CZK or EUR

Step 3: Model Registration

8. After successful registration, you will be redirected to the administration

9. Add your aircraft models

10. You can add, remove or edit models freely until 14.6.2026

11. You can access the administration by logging in with your email and password

12.  If you forget your password, click on the appropriate link and you will receive instructions for setting a new password by email.

Mandatory Requirements

Liability Insurance

• The competitor carries full responsibility for any damage caused by the competitor or his model.

• Required: Individual liability insurance for each competitor

• You must be able to show a valid contract with the insurance company to the organizer if they request it

License and Model Marking

• You must hold the appropriate license to operate model aircraft in the EU

• Each model must be marked according to EU directives

Important: : Registration takes place in two separate steps – first, user registration with payment, then model registration in the administration interface.​

You can use the website in Czech or English . Competitors who select CZE or SK in the "Country" field of the form will have Czech set as their default language, while others will have English. You can change this setting in the user profile administration.
