Consent to the processing of personal data and publication of photographs
1. Introductory provisions
The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter: "GDPR") is:

2. Purpose of processing personal data
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Registration of event/activity participant – processing registration data, creating user account, participant records
- Communication with participant – sending information about the event, schedule changes, important announcements
- Administration and payment records – issuing documents, processing payments, maintaining accounting records
- Event security – verification of entry authorization, insurance and license records
- Event documentation – taking photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes
- Organization promotion – publishing photos on websites, social networks and in promotional materials
3. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- Your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – for processing personal data for registration purposes and publication of photographs
- Performance of contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – for processing data necessary for participation in the event
- Legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – for accounting records and document archiving
4. Scope of processed personal data
The following personal data will be processed during registration:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Country
- License number (if required)
- Insurance data (if required)
- Photos and videos taken during events in which you appear
5. Duration of personal data processing
Personal data will be processed:
- For the duration of registration – data in user account
- For 10 years – accounting documents (pursuant to accounting and tax regulations)
- Until consent is withdrawn – photos and videos for promotional purposes
After the processing period expires, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
- IT service providers – website hosting, email services
- Accountant and tax advisor – processing of accounting and tax obligations
- Banking institutions – payment processing
- Public authorities – based on legal obligation (e.g. tax office, health insurance company)
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union.
7. Your rights as a data subject
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

- Right to erasure of personal data (Art. 17 GDPR) – you have the right to request erasure of personal data if the purpose of processing has ceased
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) – you have the right to request restriction of processing
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) – you have the right to obtain personal data in a common format
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) – you have the right to object to processing
- Right to withdraw consent – if processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time

9. Consent to publication of photographs
By granting consent, you acknowledge that:
- Photos and videos may be taken during events organized by the organization
- You may appear on these recordings as a participant of the event
- These photos and videos may be published on the organization's website, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and in promotional materials
- Photos may be used without further consent and without claim to compensation
- You may withdraw your consent at any time by written request to the administrator's email
10. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and publication of photographs at any time by sending an email to: info@sam78.cz
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. After withdrawal of consent, your photos will be removed from public places within a reasonable period.
11. Final provisions
By ticking the box "I agree to the processing of personal data and publication of photographs" during registration, you confirm that:
- You have read this information about the processing of personal data
- You consent to the processing of personal data to the extent and for the purpose stated above
- You consent to the taking and publication of photographs and videos in which you may appear
- You are over 16 years old, or if you are under 16, consent has been given by your legal guardian
