Purpose of processing personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Registration of event\/activity participant<\/strong> \u2013 processing registration data, creating user account, participant records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication with participant<\/strong> \u2013 sending information about the event, schedule changes, important announcements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Administration and payment records<\/strong> \u2013 issuing documents, processing payments, maintaining accounting records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Event security<\/strong> \u2013 verification of entry authorization, insurance and license records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Event documentation<\/strong> \u2013 taking photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organization promotion<\/strong> \u2013 publishing photos on websites, social networks and in promotional materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Legal basis for processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The legal basis for processing personal data is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Your consent<\/strong> pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR \u2013 for processing personal data for registration purposes and publication of photographs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Performance of contract<\/strong> pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR \u2013 for processing data necessary for participation in the event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal obligation<\/strong> pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR \u2013 for accounting records and document archiving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Scope of processed personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The following personal data will be processed during registration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First and last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Country<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License number (if required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance data (if required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos and videos taken during events in which you appear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Duration of personal data processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data will be processed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For the duration of registration<\/strong> \u2013 data in user account<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For 10 years<\/strong> \u2013 accounting documents (pursuant to accounting and tax regulations)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Until consent is withdrawn<\/strong> \u2013 photos and videos for promotional purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After the processing period expires, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Recipients of personal data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>IT service providers<\/strong> \u2013 website hosting, email services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accountant and tax advisor<\/strong> \u2013 processing of accounting and tax obligations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Banking institutions<\/strong> \u2013 payment processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Public authorities<\/strong> \u2013 based on legal obligation (e.g. tax office, health insurance company)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Your rights as a data subject<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Right of access to personal data<\/strong> (Art. 15 GDPR) \u2013 you have the right to obtain information about what personal data we process about you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to rectification of personal data<\/strong> (Art. 16 GDPR) \u2013 you have the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to erasure of personal data<\/strong> (Art. 17 GDPR) \u2013 you have the right to request erasure of personal data if the purpose of processing has ceased<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to restriction of processing<\/strong> (Art. 18 GDPR) \u2013 you have the right to request restriction of processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to data portability<\/strong> (Art. 20 GDPR) \u2013 you have the right to obtain personal data in a common format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to object<\/strong> (Art. 21 GDPR) \u2013 you have the right to object to processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to withdraw consent<\/strong> \u2013 if processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise your rights, contact us at email: <strong>info@sam78.cz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Consent to publication of photographs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By granting consent, you acknowledge that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photos and videos may be taken during events organized by the organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may appear on these recordings as a participant of the event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These photos and videos may be published on the organization's website, social networks (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and in promotional materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos may be used without further consent and without claim to compensation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may withdraw your consent at any time by written request to the administrator's email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Withdrawal of consent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data and publication of photographs at any time by sending an email to: <strong>info@sam78.cz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before its withdrawal. After withdrawal of consent, your photos will be removed from public places within a reasonable period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Final provisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By ticking the box \"I agree to the processing of personal data and publication of photographs\" during registration, you confirm that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have read this information about the processing of personal data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You consent to the processing of personal data to the extent and for the purpose stated above<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You consent to the taking and publication of photographs and videos in which you may appear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are over 16 years old, or if you are under 16, consent has been given by your legal guardian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This information is valid from 01.01.2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The administrator reserves the right to update this information.
